I have spent years building organisations — not just advising them. I have sat inside the operational complexity. I have carried the weight of systems that were not ready for the growth they were supporting. I have watched founders break under pressure that was structural, not personal.
That experience is what Structurepreneur™ is built from. Not theory. Not frameworks borrowed from textbooks. Real operational understanding, earned through building, restructuring, and supporting businesses across social impact, commercial development, and workforce infrastructure.
My proprietary 4S Framework — Strategy, Structure, Scalability, Sustainability — underpins everything we deliver. It gives founders a repeatable system for building with intention, not just ambition.

The Victoria Group
The Victoria Group is my ecosystem of care, support, and impact for women and families — built across the UK and Nigeria over almost a decade of real operational leadership.
It is not advisory work. It is service delivery, programme development, and sector engagement — built from the ground up.
Victoria’s Smile Foundation Nigeria | Victoria’s Smile UK
Together, these two registered charities support women through pregnancy and motherhood, improve maternal health outcomes, and create spaces of connection, care, and community — across two continents.
Victoria L Events
The events arm of The Victoria Group — designing and delivering corporate and community events where exceptional experience and social impact go hand in hand. Every event is operationally structured, strategically designed, and intentionally delivered.
Academic Rigour
With a foundation in Accounting and Finance and currently completing an MSc in Voluntary Sector Leadership and Management at Bayes Business School (City, University of London), I bring academic rigour and commercial depth to every initiative I lead.
My thinking is increasingly shaping policy-facing work and thought leadership across the social impact sector. I am a member of Impact London Collective, reflecting a commitment to purposeful leadership and wider systemic change.

Why This Work Matters
